Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies

Cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser's local storage) are small files saved on your device when you visit a website. They help remember your preferences, make the website work properly, or, in the case of third parties, measure site usage.

2. Cookies and storage we use

Google FontsThird partyLoad the site's typography (Bungee, Jost). Doesn't usually set cookies, but your browser connects to Google's servers.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar installed on this Website). For our internal visit statistics we use our own, cookie-free page-view counter: it doesn't store your IP address as such, only an anonymous fingerprint (hash) that changes daily and is used only to avoid double-counting the same visit.

3. First-party vs. third-party cookies

Cookies and localStorage entries marked "technical (own)" are strictly necessary for the website to function — or, in the case of the Club Kahiki session cookie, to keep you signed in after logging in — and do not require consent under applicable law. The Google Maps embed only loads after you accept this policy; if you reject it, you'll see a button to load it on demand.

4. Managing cookies

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies from the notice shown on your first visit. You can also delete them at any time from your browser settings:

5. Changes to this policy

If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we'll update this page and the cookie notice accordingly.
